Pricing/shipping

  • I use a consistent structure based on size, materials, and technique complexity. Some pieces require additional layers or advanced techniques that increase time and material use.

  • Most pieces ship within 3–7 business days via FedEx. Larger works or commissioned items may require additional time.

    At this time, shipping is only available within the U.S.

  • Each piece is hand-wrapped securely with protective materials and shipped in a sturdy, art-safe box to prevent damage.

  • Shipping is based on the size, weight, and origin to destination of the artwork. Hawthorne & Hue uses FedEx as their designated shipping company. Shipping cost will be applied at checkout.

    Shipping rates at Hawthorne & Hue are generated automatically at checkout using real-time carrier pricing from FedEx. This means your shipping cost is based on your location and the exact size and weight of your artwork once it’s safely packaged.

  • At Hawthorne & Hue, every piece of artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. The small handling fee added at checkout helps cover the cost of protective materials such as: bubble wrap, corner guards, packing paper, and secure boxing to keep your painting safe during transit.

    This fee also supports the time and attention required to hand-wrap each artwork, ensuring it’s protected from the moment it leaves the studio until it reaches your home.

    We keep this fee as minimal as possible while maintaining the quality and security your artwork deserves.

  • Please send photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

  • Because each piece is original, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours for support.
